FREE LAND AVAILABLE IN EUREKA! YOU FOUND IT!

You can still say "Eureka! I found it!" and mean it. The city of Eureka has free city lots available on a very limited basis. Located in the heart of a quiet residential district, there are four large lots still not spoken for. 

The site was originally the location of Mulberry School which was torn down when Eureka School District 389 built its new Elementary building. Of the two lots taken, one has a new home on it and the other has plans for a home.

These lots are for home sites only, no retail or industrial, no contractors or commercial interests. Please contact the City Administrators office for more information, a copy of the covenants, application form and a map of the area.
