SUNFLOWER FLEA MARKET

Sunflower Flea Market isn't your typical flea market; it's a cozy shop with wide aisles and tastefully designed booths. The 16 booth shop has treasures tucked among the shelves. If you haven't stopped by, you have a treat in-store. If you have been in, I know that you found Mary a pleasure to visit with and quite knowledgeable.
Sunflower Flea Market has only been open in Eureka since October 5, 2009, but Mary Sampson isn't new to the Flea Market Business. She started with her first booth in the mid '90s, and worked in the flea market of a friend until her retirement as a special education Para-professional.
Mary chose Eureka to be near friends and family. She says, "I really love it here. The people are so friendly." She loves to fish, sew and read, although she says she isn't finding much time for that right now. Mary is in the middle of moving from Iola to a new home in Eureka. She stated she is downsizing, so be sure and watch for some special items to appear on Main Street.
