The City Administrator, Ian Martell, is appointed by the Mayor and is responsible for executing the will of the Council and managing the daily operations and non-appointed City staff. The Administrator answers to the Mayor and City Council and is charged with assisting with the annual preparation of the budget, overseeing the city's capital improvement plan, ensuring that the City is in compliance with all state and federal regulations, addressing concerns from the general public, performing all code and zoning enforcement, and other duties as required.
