Eureka Public Library

The Eureka Public Library opened its' doors in 2007, and usage has increased over 50% since then. The handicapped-accessible library offers many services including: a public meeting room, public access computers, free Wi-fi internet , kids activity area, teen lounge, and a reading room with a self-serve coffee bar. The collection provides 25,000 books, 1,600 DVDs and videos, 300 audio books, 6 newspapers, and 60 magazine subscriptions for its patrons. In addition, there is ongoing programming for all ages such as Babygarten, Mother Goose and Me, Teen Game Night, and TALK (Talk About Literature in Kansas). The Eureka Public Library is supported by a strong Friends of the Library Group.
